Only a Pavement Away has invited hospitality leaders to learn how it can support them in employing the homeless, ex-offenders and veterans.
The charity, which acts as a conduit between employers and vulnerable people seeking work, will hold a series of half-day, roundtable sessions across the country during May, June and July.
Founder and CEO of Only a Pavement Away, Greg Mangham, said: "A number of hospitality industry employers attended our inaugural conference last month and we had some really positive feedback.
"Several people came up to me afterwards wanting to know more about how they could go about offering employment to a homeless person, so we decided to launch a series of round-table sessions around the country to explain the process in more detail.
"We will use these to run through the practicalities involved, such as how to advertise vacant positions on our jobs board and the practical support offered to the companies that partner with us and the people they employ through OAPA."
