Novotel to become Liverpool’s highest hotel

Accor has signed a franchise agreement with Liverpool City Council to open a new 221-bedroom Novotel hotel in the city’s new £1b Paddington Village development.

Due to be completed in the second quarter of 2022, the hotel will be managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts, the management company for Accor’s Pullman Liverpool.

The 16-storey tower will become the highest hotel in Liverpool, located opposite the new Royal Liverpool Hospital. The architecture design is being led by Ryder Architecture and the hotel’s public areas have been designed by Koncept.

Novotel Paddington Village will be the second Novotel property in Liverpool and the third within the UK. The midscale hotel brand is focused on modern design.
