Northamptonshire police are investigating allegations of disability discrimination against the Aviator hotel in Sywell following an incident on 13 May.

The investigation relates to a group of visitors with learning difficulties.

A police spokesperson said: "We were alerted by a member of the public, who raised concerns about a Facebook profile. Following an initial investigation an incident of alleged disability discrimination at The Aviator Hotel was disclosed."

Northamptonhire police are trying to determine if offences have been committed.

The hotel, which is in the grounds of Sywell Aerodrome, has declined to comment.
