Sarah Miller joins Nightcap as group director of operations following the bar group’s recent acquisitions of Piano Works and Dirty Martini.
The former operations director at Stonegate has joined Nightcap PLC as group director of business operations.
Sarah Miller was at Stonegate for five years, where she was also business unit director for the pub giant’s Late Night Division for brands such as Be at One, Slug and Lettuce and Popworld.
Prior to that, she was operations director at Novus, which owns London nightclub Tiger Tiger.
Her appointment comes soon after Nightcap’s £200,000 acquisition of the Piano Works venues in London’s Farringdon and Covent Garden, which was announced earlier this year.
Sarah Willingham, chief executive at Nightcap, said: “I am absolutely thrilled to welcome Sarah to the team, she is a great fit for us all. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and talent to our fast-moving business along with a real drive for success. I’m really excited to have Sarah join the executive team and I can’t wait to start working with her.”
In June last year, Nightcap also bought the Dirty Martini cocktail bar chain and sister restaurant Tuttons out of administration in a £4.65m pre-pack sale.
Nightcap operates over 40 bars across the UK under brands such as the Cocktail Club, Tonight Josephine and Barrio.
