Chiquito and Frankie & Benny's have been announced as the latest tenants for the £100m Liverpool Shopping Park development, which opens in October.
Caddick Construction was appointed by site owners the Derwent Group in 2016 to redevelop the existing Edge Lane Retail Park, rebranding it the Liverpool Shopping Park which, once complete, will span 727,000sq ft.
Frankie & Benny's was an existing 4,000sq ft site in the Edge Lane Retail Park and was closed in January for refurbishment.
The new 156-seater Chiquito will occupy a site at the entrance of the centre, next to Frankie & Benny's.
David Lyons, chief executive of the Derwent Group said: "From the outset we've said that the success of Liverpool Shopping Park is dependent on the strength of the retail and leisure tenant mix and we have been working hard to get the balance right and these deals over the line.
"Frankie & Benny's has been a longstanding and very loyal tenant on this site and we're delighted that we can give them a new and improved restaurant as part of the development. They'll remain in their prime spot and the new look restaurant will provide the perfect welcome to Liverpool Shopping Park once complete.
Other retailers include McDonalds, M&S Foodhall, Boots and Hollywood Bowl, which is set to open in Summer 2018.
"Liverpool Shopping Park will be one of the UK's biggest shopping schemes once complete and we're thrilled that the first wave of lettings is so strong. We're in final negotiations with a number of other retail and leisure operators and expect to announce additional lettings imminently." He added.
