Neil Braude has been appointed general manager of the Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury hotel.
He joins the 316-bedroom hotel with 19 years' experience of hotel operations, as well as yield and revenue management, gained in properties in London and South Africa.
In his new role, Braude aims to develop his staff and attract new talent, while strengthening the hotel's relationships with the local community.
Simon Teasdale, managing director of the owner and operating company Lapithus Hotels Management UK, said: "Neil is a world-class hotelier with exceptional experience and knowledge, he is a fantastic asset and we are thrilled to have him on board to head up a key central London property.
"London continues to boom and our occupancy rates are consistency high throughout the year, I look forward to seeing Neil build on this and achieve even greater goals for 2018 and beyond."
Braude added: "I am excited to drive the business forward and welcome both regular and new guests from around the world as well as conference delegates from the city and further afield."
