Montcalm Marble Arch will reopen in spring 2025, following a two-year renovation.
The 150-bedroom hotel, including three signature suites, will unveil a signature restaurant, bar and private dining room alongside meeting rooms and event spaces, including a 400 sq m ballroom.
The hotel also has a subterranean spa, including plunge pool, wellness facilities, fitness suite and four treatment rooms
The Montcalm group of hotels is owned by family real estate company Precis Group, which is also behind the Inhabit hotel collection.

Montcalm has worked with by architects Holland Harvey and interior designers Studio Mica and Studio Est to renovate the building, which dates back to the 1700s.

The Montcalm Marble Arch has been renovated with a sustainable ethos, focused on integrating improved energy and water efficiency into the building, and developing partnerships with social enterprises and community-focused partners.
