Montcalm Marble Arch to reopen in spring 2025 after two-year renovation 

The Montcalm group of hotels is owned by family real estate company Precis Group, which is also behind the Inhabit hotel collection.

Montcalm has worked with by architects Holland Harvey and interior designers Studio Mica and Studio Est to renovate the building, which dates back to the 1700s.

Samantha van Exter of the Montcalm Collection said: “In a significant milestone for the Montcalm Collection, our iconic, historic address at Montcalm Marble Arch will be reborn, fusing classic Georgian architecture with an artful, modern spirit. We are looking forward to offering our guests the true Montcalm Experience at our new jewel in the Montcalm Collection.”

The Montcalm Marble Arch has been renovated with a sustainable ethos, focused on integrating improved energy and water efficiency into the building, and developing partnerships with social enterprises and community-focused partners.
