Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing will be headlining this year's Annual Arena Lecture, which takes place at the London Hilton Park Lane on 5 February.
Chef patron of his two-starred eponymous restaurant at the Berkeley hotel in London's Knightsbridge, Wareing has been in the headlines in recent months after his acrimonious split with former mentor Gordon Ramsay.
At the Annual Arena Lecture he will be answering questions from the floor not just about re-launching the former Pétrus restaurant under his own name but also about his motivations, principles and ambitions.
Other highlights of the evening will include an economic briefing on the hospitality industry as well as a three-course meal.
Tickets for the event, which will take place on Thursday 5 February, are £135 for Arena members and £175 plus VAT for non-members.
To book your place and for further details on the lecture call Lorraine Wood on 020 3087 2378, e-mail lorraine@arena.org.uk or visit the Arena website (www.arena.org.uk).
