Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland to announce new starred restaurants tonight
The new stars for Great Britain and Ireland will be revealed at a ceremony in Glasgow
Michelin will announce the new starred restaurants for the 2025 Great Britain and Ireland guide at a ceremony this evening (10 February).
Chefs and restaurant teams from across the country have been invited to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow, where the ceremony will kick-off from 6pm.
Those not attending will be able to watch the ceremony live on the Michelin Guide’s YouTube channel.
The Caterer will be bringing you all the updates on the new stars, green stars, Bib Gourmands, and special awards online.

Ahead of tonight’s ceremony, we asked chefs, critics and industry experts who could be in line to win a star tonight.
While some hoped their favourite new spots would take home their first stars, others predicted more established restaurants could win two or three stars.
