Michelin announces date for launch of 2023 Great Britain and Ireland Guide

Michelin will launch its 2023 guide for Great Britain and Ireland on 27 March 2023, returning to an in-person event for the first time in three years.

Michelin Star recipients will be announced alongside the winners of Michelin Green Stars and a number of Special Awards during a ceremony at the Silverstone Circuit in Northampton.

Gwendal Poullennec, international director of the Michelin Guides said: “After two years without being able to organise a physical event in Great Britain & Ireland, we are thrilled to be back with what should be a warm, exciting and friendly gathering. The Michelin Guide team is on hand and busy organising a celebration to fully reflect the talent, commitment and resilience of the British and Irish gastronomic scenes – a celebration all the more welcome in the current challenging economic climate.”

The presentation of the 2023 accolades will also be broadcast live via Michelin’s YouTube channel.

The publishers of the Little Red Book typically announce the new Bib Gourmand recipients in the days leading up to the launch event.
