Michele Toto appointed restaurant manager of Galvin at Windows

Michele Toto has been named restaurant manager of Galvin at Windows in London Hilton on Park Lane.

For the past three years, he was assistant restaurant manager of the Ritz London.

He has eight years’ experience in the industry, having worked across the UK and Italy in properties including the Goring and Rocco Forte hotels.

Toto will work with head chef Marc Hardiman and chef patrons Chris and Jeff Galvin, who are responsible for creating seasonally-inspired menus.

Commenting on his appointment, Toto said: “I am thrilled to join the Hilton and Galvin families and very proud to lead such a passionate and talented team. I look forward to welcoming new and old guests in this beautiful restaurant.”
