MasterChef: The Professionals finalist Steven Lickley and fiancée Emma Abruzzese have launched private dining venture Primavera.
Primavera Private Dining will develop three- or five-course menus with drinks pairings for private dinners, as well as hosting monthly supper clubs and collaboration pop-ups.
The couple met while working for London-based caterer Vacherin. Chef Lickley will lead back of house, while catering manager Abruzzese oversees front of house.
Acorn Award-winner Abruzzese told The Caterer
Lickley, who reached the finals of Masterchef: The Professionals in 2017, plays on classic dishes and flavour combinations, giving them a modern twist.
Prior to his current role as sous chef at Vacherin, Lickley held chef de partie positions at Compass' Restaurant Associates, the Fox Inn in Guilford and Aysgarth Falls hotel in Yorkshire.
Primavera's next collaboration will be with Jamie Park, head chef of Adam Handling's the Frog Hoxton, in East Dulwich on 20 July. Tickets are available from the Primavera Private Dining website.
