Market Halls reveals traders moving into Victoria ahead of November opening

The traders moving into Market Halls' latest site in Victoria have been revealed ahead of its opening in November.

The dining destination will open in the bays of Victoria's Terminus Place comprising 11 kitchens, a coffee shop and three bars with seating for 400 people across three floors.

The confirmed traders are:

BaoziInn, which will serve northern Chinese cuisine with Sichuan and Hunan influences.

Monty's Deli serving "nostalgia-inducing" New York-style deli sandwiches.

Flank, which will offer a nose-to-tail menu cooked low and slow or seared over a fire.

Health food concept Squirrel from Charlie and Anneke Gilkes, and Duncan and Zoe Stirling.

Kerbisher & Malt, a modern, British fish and chip shop founded by chef Saul Reuben.

Koya Ko, the latest Japanese noodle bar from John Devitt and Shuko Oda, who are behind Koya Soho and Koya City.

Gopal's Corner from the team behind Roti King, which will serve up a Malaysian Tamil menu including rotis, dosas and curries.

Super Tacos, a new taco offering from Breddos with charcoal cooking at its heart.

Nonna Tonda, which will serve traditional, handmade pasta inspired by self-trained chef James French's extensive travels around Italy.

Jon Rotheram and Tom Harris from hackney pub The Marksman will also move in with bunshop, a grab-and-go offering serving savoury British buns.

Fanny's Kebabs

And finally, Press Coffee.

Simon Anderson, chief operating officer, said: "Victoria is a reinvigorated and dynamic district that is currently experiencing massive regeneration. We found a site in the heart of Victoria that has been derelict for years, after we restore the building back to its former glory, we look forward to bringing something new and exciting to the area.

"Victoria has an interesting mix of customers, we expect it to change throughout the day and week. We’re anticipating a combination of local residents and workers during the daytime, with commuters figuring heavily before and after work (we’ll provide the perfect place to sit out any transport delays) alongside tourists and theatregoers during the early evenings and especially at the weekends.”
