Marco Pierre White continued to mould his team of celebrities on Hell's Kitchen last night and even gave Caterer and Hotelkeeper, which he guest edits this week, a plug.
You can read Caterer and Hotelkeeper editor Mark Lewis's take on Marco Pierre White's Hell's Kitchen on the Editor's blog.
Although Carole Thatcher's attempts to get a copy of Gordon Ramsay's book signed by the master chef last night was ill advised at best, name dropping mum was eventually enough to garner a signature from Marco Pierre White.
Despite his busy schedule, Marco Pierre White has also taken time out to chat with us around the programme and his editorship, so check out our exclusive interview below and pick up this week's issue of Caterer for more on Hell's Kitchen and Marco Pierre White's take on the hospitality industry.
