Made in Chelsea stars prepare to open vegan restaurant

Two stars of E4's Made in Chelsea, Lucy and Tiffany Watson, are set to open their own vegan restaurant in London's Parsons Green.

The sisters, who are the daughters of City Pub Company founder Clive Watson, will open Tell Your Friends tomorrow (1 May).

Clive will apply his experience of the industry to the project in what was previously a Strada at 175 New Kings Road, while Lucy and Tiffany have come up with the look.

Both Lucy and Tiffany are vegan and have devised a menu centred around well-known dishes, such as burgers and fish and chips, but using vegan ingredients.

The burgers are in fact made up of bean patties and cashew cheese, while the fish and chips contain breaded banana blossom and cashew tartare sauce.

A small plate of ‘chicken bites' is made of jackfruit with a hemp and sunflower crumb.

The interiors feature polished plaster walls, a mix of high and low tables, and bright neon colours.

Alcoholic cocktails will be served alongside mocktails using non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip as their base.

There will also be a range of cold-pressed juices and ‘power shots' made with either turmeric or wheatgrass.
