Corporate contract caterer Lexington has launched the Mindful Kitchen, a “socially conscious” portfolio of campaigns and partnerships that are being rolled out at client sites this month.
The initiative has led to collaborations with brands such as Symplicity, Wildfarmed, Vitalicious and Unrooted, all of which prioritise healthy supply chains and plant-based eating.
Lexington’s dietitians will also offer advice on nutrition and wellness for participating clients.
Jon Lilley, group development chef at Lexington, said: “Wellness, CSR and ESG underpin everything we do at Lexington so it made sense to create the Mindful Kitchen to enrich our customers’ experience.
“The Mindful Kitchen goes far beyond the plate. It is a holistic approach to inspiring a mindful approach to eating. We want our clients and their employees to eat better and live better.”
The boutique London catering firm Lexington was founded in 2002 and was bought by Elior in 2014.
