London’s Historic Royal Palaces has named B Corp-certified Lettice Events as its accredited caterer.
From this month, the sustainability-driven caterer will deliver corporate and private events, including weddings, across three Royal Palaces: the Banqueting House in Whitehall, Kensington Palace (pictured) and the Tower of London.
Holly Congdon, managing director of Lettice Events, said: “Our team is thrilled to bring our passion for luxury, conscious catering to these iconic venues. This partnership marks a significant milestone for us and reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainability and excellence in event catering.”
Lettice Events is a family-owned business founded by Stevie Congdon in 1995. His daughter Holly took over the company in 2018, which now has over 40 accredited caterer contracts with other London venues such as the V&A in Kensington, Somerset House in the Strand and the Serpentine in Hyde Park.
It achieving B Corp certification, Lettice Events joins Houston & Hawkes, which became the first contract caterer to achieve B Corp status in June 2022.
