Latest openings: Savage Garden, the Library Bar at the Ned, Sleeperz Dundee and more

Savage Garden

Cocktails developed by the Gorgeous Group include the Evil Eye: a take on a Negroni using tequila, vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Jägermeister, finished off with a green ‘eye ball’. The Devil’s Advocate is a fiery twist on an El Diablo, with tequila, grapefruit, crème de cassis, lemon, sugar and a chilli kick. Savage Garden also offers a wine and Champagne list and a selection of spirits and beers.

The bar menu offers unexpected flavour combinations and theatrical presentation, including pink buns, squid sticks mounted on pineapples and pork tomahawks.
