Savage Garden
Cocktails developed by the Gorgeous Group include the Evil Eye: a take on a Negroni using tequila, vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Jägermeister, finished off with a green âeye ballâ. The Devilâs Advocate is a fiery twist on an El Diablo, with tequila, grapefruit, crème de cassis, lemon, sugar and a chilli kick. Savage Garden also offers a wine and Champagne list and a selection of spirits and beers.
The bar menu offers unexpected flavour combinations and theatrical presentation, including pink buns, squid sticks mounted on pineapples and pork tomahawks.
Use of stone, metal, wood and glass in the interior mirror Londonâs urban landscape, combined with marbled surfaces and velvet.
Savage Garden also boasts two terraces: Wildside is an all-weather terrace and events space complete with a retractable roof and 57-cover private dining space, Ferus. Facing south is the Beefeater Pink terrace.
