Minster Mill
Andrew Brownsword's Minster Mill has relaunched as a standalone property following a £4.5m refurbishment, having previously operated as the Old Swan and Minster Mill.
The property in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire, is now a separate operation to neighbouring sister property the Old Swan. The group acquired the properties from the De Savary family in 2016.
The new property is set within a 20th-century mill and stands on the foundations of a mill that was documented in the 1086 Domesday Book. It has been designed by owners Andrew and Christina Brownsword, working alongside architect Simon Morray-Jones, with individually designed Scandi-style bedrooms.
A new restaurant is open to residents and non-residents, serving seasonal British food, headed up by 2017 MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist Tom Moody (previously at sister hotel the Slaughters Manor House in Lower Slaughter).
Minster Mill has six individual spaces for private dining and can cater for gatherings or meetings for up to 200 people.
