Latest openings: Market Hall Victoria, Nocturnal Animals, the Oystermen and more

Market Hall Victoria

The former Pacha nightclub in Victoria's Terminus Place, London, has been relaunched as the latest Market Halls venue, with 11 restaurant and street food traders and two bars across three floors.

Since 1909 the space has housed an Edwardian shopping arcade, a restaurant and the nightclub. The site now features traders such as chef Tom Griffiths' nose-to-tail concept Flank; kosher-style Jewish deli Monty's; Malaysian-style Gopal's Corner; and Press Coffee.

A 100-cover roof terrace will also launch in spring 2019.

The site is the second Market Halls, following the first opening in Fulham earlier this year, with another set to open in a former BHS building off Oxford Street next year. Market Halls is overseen by a group of property investors and restaurateurs transforming ‘unloved' public spaces, headed by chief executive and former property investor Andy Lewis-Pratt and Simon Anderson, the restaurateur behind London's Pitt Cue Co.
