Lincoln Plaza London
Lincoln Plaza London, the second Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in the UK, has opened in London's Docklands.
The property's food and beverage outlets include Mr Todiwala's Kitchen, a pan-Indian restaurant from chef Cyrus Todiwala; the Food Store, a contemporary restaurant, bar and grocer; and Jack Speak, a cocktail bar and terrace where guests can choose from an extensive rum and gin selection in a setting that is a playful twist on a 19th-century British Navy Officers' wardroom.
It also has a delicatessen and 24-hour room service, as well as a fitness centre with classes, a pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna.
The hotel was initially going to be the first Curio in the UK, with an opening slated for 2016, but was overtaken by the Trafalgar St James hotel, which rebranded following refurbishment in 2017. Launched in 2014, Curio Collection by Hilton is a soft brand featuring "upper upscale hotels with character" and is one of Hilton's 15 brands.
