Crown Partnership brand Kudos has won a bid to tread the boards as the exclusive caterer of the Floral Pavilion Theatre in Merseyside, with the venue's 10-year celebrations among its first events.
Kudos won the contract from Carringtons Catering with a brief to create themes and seasonal menus around the performances being staged.
The caterer has already rebranded the Floral Café to reflect the contemporary nature of the theatre, which attracts 230,000 visitors a year.
Its celebration of the first decade of the theatre welcomed 100 guests, including local dignitaries, theatre and music producers and business leaders.
David Mackenzie, commercial manager of the Floral Pavilion, said: "As the largest theatre and conference venue in Wirral we are looking forward to working with Kudos to provide our audiences, clients and customers with top-class, innovative menus that showcase the finest local ingredients."
Matthew Herter, chief executive of Kudos, said: "The team are extremely excited to have developed a new partnership with one of the north west's leading cultural and entertainment venues. The Dinner of the Decade was a great experience and we were glad to have been a part of the 10-year anniversary celebrations.
"We will continue to develop unique member experiences, such as afternoon tea or resident chef nights, driven by bespoke menus. We look forward to working closely together to create innovative marketing initiatives to support the development of the Floral Pavilion as a destination for both tourists and the local demographic alike."
