London ramen brand Kanada-Ya is to expand across the city this year.
The group, which has three sites in Covent Garden, Angel and Piccadilly, is partnering with Deliveroo to open a delivery-only kitchen in Greenwich on 10 March. The site will open daily from 12pm-3pm and 4pm-10.30pm and offer the group’s most popular ramen dishes alongside premium beers and sakes.
Two further restaurants will launch this summer, with further details yet to be confirmed.
Kanada-Ya was founded in Japan and opened its first franchise restaurant in London in 2014. It also has locations in Spain and Hong Kong.
The team opened a sister site named Machiya, which serves a broader range of Japanese dishes, next door to its Panton Street restaurant in London in 2017.
