The team behind Gaucho has launched a new Argentinean-dining concept, which is a more casual, accessible restaurant brand aimed at regional cities. The first Cau offers a menu with beef bred on the Pampas at its heart while the design includes key Argentinean themes and quirky grass images on the ceiling, blue sky walls and rubber flooring.

Menu Argentinean - the steak list includes sirloin, rib-eye, lomito (lean and tender rump) and Picanha rump (from the haunch) as well as other specialities such as mussels in a creamy coconut and coriander sauce, crab salad, pulled pork sandwich and a selection of desserts.
