John Leslie and Scott Murdoch have been appointed to Boxpark's board in a move to boost its executive management and grow the company.
The appointments follow the addition of chief financial officer Simon Champion and operations manager Ben McLaughlin to Boxpark's executive management team earlier this year.
Leslie, who has more than 30 years' experience in the sector, previously held CFO and CEO roles at companies including iNTERTAIN, Scottish & Newcastle Retail, Allied Domecq Retail and Regent Inns.
Murdoch, founding and managing partner of retail property advisor CWM, worked alongside Boxpark on projects including the Wembley expansion. He will help to advise on the strategic direction of the company.
Leslie said: "I am very pleased to be joining Roger [Wade - CEO and founder of Boxpark] and the team as a director of Boxpark. It's a very exciting time for Boxpark as they are poised to develop and expand the business from the successful and robust base already established in Shoreditch and Croydon."
Boxpark, a dining and retail space made with shipping containers, launched its first sites in Shoreditch and Croydon in 2010 and 2016 respectively. Boxpark Wembley is expected to open later this year in Wembley Park.
Boxpark Wembley will have a completely new and bespoke building design and will be the first to have a roof. It will have 29 units for established and independent food operators.
