Taste remains one of the primary drivers of choice when it comes to consuming tea out of home. When it comes to the perfect cuppa, taste is everything. That's why this delicious blend is expertly crafted using tea leaves grown on our tea gardens in Kenya. And that's not all. We pour a lot of love and care in too, to bring you a perfectly smooth, fresh and rounded taste that always hits the spot.
Our TV campaign will run May-August this year and combines PG tips’ sustainability credentials with the re-introduction of the classic line “It’s the taste”.
Sustainability
Tea is the most consumed beverage after water in the UK – that’s a lot of tea drinking! And here at PG tips we’re not only passionate about making all your cuppas as tasty as they can be, we are also committed to ensure that we continually reduce the impact of all that tea on the environment.
PG tips is continuing to lead the industry when it comes to sustainability. Our black tea was the first to be 100% rainforest alliance certified. We were the first major black tea brand to switch to 100% biodegradable teabags. Our UK factory is carbon neutral and uses 100% renewable energy and at COP 26 we announced that we are targeting net zero by 2030.
Hygiene
Post Covid Consumers continue to seek hygiene reassurance when out and about. At PG tips we recommend our range of individually wrapped teabags for that extra reassurance for your guests. Available across all black teas, fruit, green and herbal.
