Oliver Bell has been appointed head chef for the 101-bedroom Hotel Indigo York.
Bell has more than 10 years' culinary experience and will oversee all food operations in the day-to-day running of the hotel's restaurant, No.88 Walmgate. Prior to joining the team at Hotel Indigo York, he worked as a head chef within the Jamie's Italian brand.
The hotel is owned and operated by Splendid Hospitality Group.
