Hand Picked Hotels is to further expand into the Channel Islands after completing its acquisition of three properties.
The group has bought the Fermain Valley (pictured) and Ziggurat hotels in Guernsey and the Braye Beach hotel in Aldenery, taking its portfolio to 22 sites.
Fermain Valley is an established resort hotel in Guernsey’s St Peter Port with 49 bedrooms, including four treehouse suites, a swimming pool, private cinema and three restaurants.
Ziggurat is a boutique hotel with 14 bedrooms located in the middle of St Peter Port town, while the Braye Beach hotel is the only four-star property on the island and features 27 bedrooms and several restaurants and bars.
Julia Hands, chairman and chief executive of Hand Picked Hotels, said: “Each of these hotels has a presence and a purpose within its community, and is supported by a passionate and dedicated team with exceptional local knowledge to inspire our guests on their island visit.”
Hand Picked Hotels already runs three hotels in the Channel Islands, St Pierre Park in Guernsey and L’Horizon Beach and Grand Jersey in Jersey.
The family-owned company was founded by Hands in 2001 and also runs several luxury country house hotels and spa resorts in England and Scotland.
