The line-up for Northcote's annual celebration of culinary excellence, Obsession, has been revealed.
The Lancashire hotel's Obsession 19 will see 18 chefs, with 15 Michelin stars between them, man the hotel restaurant's pass for 17 nights between 18 January and 3 February 2019.
Obsession was created by Nigel Haworth, the hotel's former executive chef and joint managing director, and Craig Bancroft in 2001 to celebrate great food, wine and chefs.
