Goat by James Cochran, the street food concept from the 1251 chef and Great British Menu winner, will launch a permanent site in Boxpark Croydon next week.
Cochran, who used goat meat for his main course dish on the BBC Two series, started off the offering in Lewisham's Model Market earlier this year.
The offering will incorporate meat from Cabrito, the goat supplier set up by former chef James Whetlor, which takes dairy industry billy goats and sells them into the meat industry.
It builds on the chef's culinary empire that stemmed from his victory on the BBCÂ Two show.
Cochran, who moved from his eponymous restaurant James Cochran EC3 as the series aired, currently runs the pass at casual fine dining site 1251 in Islington.
