Grantley Hall, the luxury country house hotel set to open in North Yorkshire this summer, has announced its full roster of chefs set to oversee its food and beverage offerings.

Andreas Wunderer will oversee the restaurant as head chef, joining from private members club 12 Hay Hill in London's Mayfair where he worked with Rankin for four years as head chef of the restaurant.
Stefan Rose has been appointed Grantley Hall's pastry chef, joining the team from D&D London where he was head pastry chef for Crafthouse & Angelica restaurant in Leeds. He will be part of the team creating Grantley Hall's afternoon tea, served in the Drawing Room.
The Caterer recently revealed chef Craig Atchinson had joined the property from the Grand hotel in York to oversee the 69-cover modern British restaurant concept Fletchers located in the original Queen Anne wing of the listed building, and Ben Iley had been appointed head chef of the pan-Asian Restaurant EightyEight.

I'm very excited about our stellar line-up of culinary talent, especially our trio of outstanding head chefs with Shaun Rankin (Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall), Craig Atchinson (Fletchers) and Ben Iley (Restaurant EightyEight), who between them have some incredible gastronomic expertise that has taken them all over the globe.
