Gather & Gather launches first Friends-themed café

Gather & Gather has made national headlines with the launch of a Friends-themed café in Primark Manchester.

The Central Perk Café, inspired by the hit TV show, is the first themed venue from the catering arm of the Mitie group and opened its doors to the public last week.

The café will offer a New York-inspired menu, including waffles, pancakes, bagels, pretzels and doughnuts.

Allister Richards, managing director of Gather & Gather, said: "We're delighted to have teamed up with Primark and Warner Bros to bring the Central Perk Café to Manchester. As our first themed café, it's a real treat to immerse shoppers in their very own Friends experience.

"We're proud that Primark share our passion for sustainability and are delighted to be using compostable cups and ethically sourced ingredients."
