Galleon Hotels has sold the Bridge and Park hotels for a combined total of £11.6m to Young's pub company.
The Bridge hotel is a 51-bedroom property located on the edge of the River Thames in Chertsey, Surrey; while the 43-bedroom Park hotel in Teddington, London, has its own restaurant and bar.
The sale leaves Galleon Hotels with two properties: the Olde Bell in Hurley and the Thames Riviera hotel in Maidenhead, both in Berkshire. Young's now has a portfolio of 25 hotels in the UK.
Martin Rogers, head of UK transactions at Savills Hotels which represented Galleon, said: "The south-east hotel market continues to perform well as investors are attracted by the well located assets and high levels of demand for rooms from tourists."
