Fred Sirieix and Deliveroo's Nick Green will be among the experts and operators addressing the latest innovations in hospitality at The Caterer‘s Digital Summit.
Galvin at Windows general manager Sirieix will explain how to make marketing relevant to today's guest at the one-day conference, which takes place at Kings Place in London on 25 May.
Having propelled the Galvin brand to new heights on social channels, Sirieix will explore the merits of when, and how, to outsource social media. He will also share his insights on how to empower teams to take impeccable service standards from the dining room and into cyberspace.
Nick Green from Deliveroo will explain the technology that has attracted £140m in venture capital as it aims to revolutionise the distribution of restaurant dishes to diners' homes and offices.
The one-day conference will also address how to lure millennials, manage modern digital marketing, thrive in the digital age, and how to generate loyalty through contemporary revenue management.
The Caterer‘s deputy editor James Stagg said: "Through a series of lively, engaging and educational sessions, the Digital Summit will provide delegates with all the tools need to stay ahead of the competition.
"A host of inspirational speakers will address business critical issues, such as employing technology to differentiate your offer, dealing with social media disasters and analysing customer data to generate loyalty and profits."
Tickets for the Digital Summit cost just £119.
