Foodservice wholesaler Philip Dennis expands to Midlands

Foodservice wholesaler Philip Dennis is to expand in Dudley, the West Midlands after acquiring a new transport and warehousing depot. It will enable better management of and easier access for its distribution fleets.

The purchase is to deal with an increase in business with cafes, schools, pubs, restaurants and hotels.

Lisa Vermeulen, regional sales manager for the Midlands said: “As a result of continuing growth of our foodservice distribution and growing number of customers in the West Midlands area, we have invested £1.5 million in new office, transport and warehousing space so that we can offer an increased level of service to our customers.”

Philip Dennis Foodservice is a family owned regional wholesaler which also has depots in the South West and Oxfordshire.
