Focus Hotels Management has secured the contract for the upcoming 42-room Polo Club hotel at the Dallas Burston Polo Club in Warwickshire for an undisclosed sum.
The forthcoming development at the 200-acre polo club is set to be added to the Focus Hotel Collection, a group of independent hotels under Focus Hotels Management, when it opens later this year.
The hotel is expected to attract more visitors and patrons to the Club and will also offer four polo grounds, a gastropub, an equestrian area and a 3,000-capacity IXL events centre.
Devin Grosse, who was appointed chief executive of Focus Hotels in May 2023, said: “This collaboration presents a unique prospect to curate a destination that not only embodies first-class luxury but also resonates on a global scale. Our dedicated team looks forward to crafting a world-class experience that blends the exceptional service ethos of Focus Hotels with the distinctive vision and quality of Dallas Burston Polo Club.”
Dallas Burston, owner of the Dallas Burston Polo Club and Polo Club hotel, added: “We are delighted to partner with Focus Hotels for the management of our upcoming hotel. Our shared ambition is for our award-winning venue to become a leading destination for business and leisure in England, and we are confident that the Polo Club hotel will contribute significantly to this vision with Focus at the helm.”
