Elior has won a contract with Tennet Caledonian Breweries to provide staff catering at its Wellpark brewery in Glasgow.
The three-year contract will see Elior offer an all-day service in the brewery’s canteen for up to 375 staff, alongside a range of hospitality services.
Staff will be able to pre-order, pay and set up click and collect using Elior’s Breaz app, which can filter the menu by 14 allergen groups.
Kenny Finlayson, managing director at Elior, said the contract demonstrated the company’s growth strategy in Scotland.
Eddie Gorrell, general manager at Tennent Caledonian Breweries, said: “We recognised that Elior was a likeminded business who care about their people and the environment. From the first interaction, Elior engaged fully to understand what was important to us which led to an especially bespoke proposal which was right for our business and our employees.”
Tennent Caledonian Breweries became part of C&C Group in 2009 and is behind brands including Magners and Orchard Pig cider, alongside its eponymous lager.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
