Bar and restaurant operator Drake & Morgan has opened Devonshire Terrace, its latest launch in London.
Located near Liverpool Street station, the new venue will be an all-day food and drink operation from Monday to Friday.
The 293-capacity space will be available for private hire on weekends and includes a glass-covered year-round outside seating area for 146 guests and four private dining rooms.
Drake & Morgan mixologist Fabrizio Cioffi of Edinburgh's Refinery has teamed up with London Essence and cocktail consultant Chris Edwards to devise the cocktail menu. It features classic and experimental drinks using herbs, spices, berries and vegetables found in an English country garden.
The menu offers small plates, sharing boards, sandwiches and burgers, as well as seasonal salads created by chef, restaurateur and food writer Peter Gordon. There will also be a selection of vegetarian and vegan options available.
Clare Ellis has been named general manager alongside executive chef Robert Mitchell. Brett Collier is operations manager.
Fusion Design & Architecture was responsible for the design, which incorporates natural materials such as leather, marble and timber against contemporary accents of copper and brass.
The Devonshire Terrace is the 22nd Drake & Morgan site and its 20th in London. It also operates in Edinburgh and Manchester and is expected to open its second Manchester venue this summer.
