D&D London has revealed that its new London restaurant, on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch Street, will be called 14 Hills and open this November.
The modern British restaurant with a French flair will serve an all-day menu created by executive chef Thomas Piat.
Piat was formerly executive chef at Daniel Boulud's Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge and, most recently, Jòia par Hélène Darroze in Paris.
The restaurant will include a bar, serving an extensive cocktail menu paired with modern British bar snacks.
The 9,200 sq ft restaurant will be planted with mature trees, shrubs and feature several large pergolas in keeping with the roof garden on the floor above.
D&D London has 36 restaurants in the UK in the capital, Leeds and Manchester, and five overseas in Paris, New York and Tokyo. It also operates the 80-bedroom South Place hotel in London.
