Damian Wawrzyniak is seeking franchise partners to open pierogi kiosks in shopping malls and train stations.
The chef-restaurateur, who owns House of Feasts in Peterborough, is planning to open small kiosks offering the Polish dumplings and two to five other options.
Speaking to The Caterer, Wawrzyniak said he already had two partners interested in London and one in Norwich, with plans to open the first kiosk in London by the end of the year.
The franchise agreement involves an £18,000 franchise fee + VAT and includes support with staff training, kitchen design, menu rotation, suppliers and food safety and hygiene requirements.
