Joint administrators of the Dalkeith Hotel in Edinburgh have put the 33-bedroom aparthotel on the market for “offers around £3m”.
The Dalkeith hotel, which is currently contracted to Ukrainian refugees, has undergone extensive refurbishment and offers letting rooms as well as a breakfast and dining room, function room and coffee lounge.
The ground floor features a 60-cover restaurant that is leased to Slumdog.
The operating company of the hotel fell into administration and the property is currently operating under management.
Ian Wright and Scott Milne of Quantama Advisory Limited have been appointed as joint administrators.
Peter Seymour, director with Graham+Sibbald, advisers of the sale, said: “The Dalkeith Hotel currently operates very profitably with a Government accommodation supply contract. New owners, if they wish, will be able to continue this contract with the possibility of the contract term being extended.
“There is the opportunity to further develop the hotel with the conversion of existing accommodation to an additional 8 bedrooms.”
