The coach holiday group is also seeking planning permission to upgrade one of its hotels later this year.
Daish’s Holidays is to invest over £1m in refurbishing more than 100 bedrooms across its hotels ahead of the 2025 season.
The family-owned UK coach holiday group plans to upgrade five out of its 12 hotels this winter.
This will include upgrades to the Esplanade Hotel in Scarborough, which Daish’s bought out of administration in 2020.
There will also be refurbishments at the Abbey Lawn Hotel in Torquay, the Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne, the Russell Hotel in Weymouth, and Daish’s Hotel (pictured) on the Isle of Wight.
Works will take place in early January 2025 in a bid to improve guest experience.
As well as room upgrades, a new lift is being installed at the Abbey Lawn Hotel, a conservatory roof will be replaced at Daish’s Hotel and the Imperial Hotel will see significant works on its roof.
Paul Harper, commercial director at Daish’s Holidays, said: “This investment is not only about aesthetic upgrades but also about creating warm, welcoming spaces where our guests can feel at home while enjoying all that Daish’s offers.”
Several improvements will also be made to the Sandringham Hotel, Daish’s latest acquisition, during the usual closure period in January.
The group said it was seeking planning permission for a significant investment and upgrades to the hotel later in the year.
Daish’s Group was founded with the purchase of Daish’s hotel on the Isle of Wight in 1979.
It operates hotels in ten tourist destinations in England and Wales and has its own fleet of luxury coaches to transport customers, with pick-up points ranging from Yorkshire to Cornwall.
