The 52-bedroom property is accepting offers in the region of £12m.
The Cube hotel in Birmingham has been put on the market for £12m, less than a month after falling into administration.
Joint administrators Richard Easterby, Andrew Andronikou and Nick Simmonds of Quantuma Advisory Ltd were appointed on 12 July to oversee MSHA Global Investments Ltd, which was trading as the Cube hotel.
The 52-bedroom hotel and Marco Pierre White restaurant, located on levels seven, 23, 24 and 25 of the Cube development, will remain open while specialist advisors from Watling Real Estate and Graham + Sibbald are marketing the site.
Chris Davies, director at Watling Real Estate, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a prime city centre hotel and well established restaurant in a landmark building.”
The long leasehold interest of the property, which also has a roof-top bar and private dining and function rooms, is being offered in the region of £12m.
The Cube hotel was opened in 2010 and operated as Hotel Indigo until it was sold to Caskade Group for £12.5m in 2022, who appointed Bespoke Hotels to manage the property.
It is located in the Cube, a 25-storey mixed-use development with 135 residential apartments, 111,500 sq ft of offices, and a bowling centre, which was designed by Ken Shuttleworth, who was involved in the construction of the Gherkin building in London.
