Cosmo secures three further sites

Pan Asian buffet brand Cosmo has secured three new sites and is seeking a further five for 2020 as it looks to expand throughout the UK and Ireland.

Cosmo has secured its 20th site at the Liverpool One shopping centre, with a further two planned for Glasgow and Dublin later this year. In Glasgow, Cosmo will open in the new St Enoch Centre leisure quarter.

Carlene Hughes, leisure director at Savills, which represented Cosmo, said: “Consumer demand for Asian cuisine is at an all-time high, so, in spite of the headwinds within the wider F&B sector, Cosmo has been able to stand out from the crowd. With a continued demand for its excellent range of food and elevated buffet concept, Cosmo is well and truly weathering the storm and we look forward to working with the brand as it embarks on its growth plans for this year.”

Founded in 2003, Cosmo has 19 restaurants open across the UK.
