Considerate Hoteliers announces 2014 awards shortlist

Considerate Hoteliers has released the shortlist for this year's Considerate Hotel of the Year awards.

The 2014 awards, which will be announced on 13 June at the Langham hotel, London, see the launch of a new category, Considerate Housekeeping Team of the Year.
