Compass Group UK & Ireland has provided 100,000 people in developing countries with clean drinking water.
The foodservice company has completed 76 projects by donating wells to communities in India and Uganda, through its partnership with Life Water and associated charity drop4drop.
Dennis Hogan, managing director for Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: "We are very proud of our partnership with Life Water and the benefit this brings to thousands of people in need.
"To have now provided 100,000 people with clean drinking water and to have helped make such a great difference to so many across communities in Uganda and India is an amazing achievement.
"We aim continue in our efforts to complete more projects, fund more wells and bring clean drinking water to many more communities in need through our partnership with Life Water."
Compass has worked with Life Water as its primary bottled water supplier since 2014. The product is supplied in more than 1,700 sites across the business and for every bottle it sells, at least 1,000 litres of clean drinking water is provided to a community in need.
To date, Compass Group UK & Ireland has sold more than 20 million bottles of Life Water.
