The five-tier ratings are part of the national ‘Scores on the Doors' scheme.

The Leamington-based company provides all of the catering services at Williams' staff restaurant, as well as its conference centre that regularly hosts delegates for various events.
Nigel Gill is the chef manager at the main Williams site, while Ryan Holmes leads the catering team at the conference centre.

The explanation for a 5-star rating states: ‘excellent - there is an excellent record of compliance. Standards are high and conform to statutory obligations and industry codes of practice'.
