Casual Dining and lunch shows open 2024 registration

The trade shows will take place between 18 and 19 September 2024.

Free trade visitor registration for co-located exhibitions lunch! and Casual Dining has now opened.

 

The two shows return to ExCeL London on 18-19 September 2024.

 

Casual Dining and lunch! showcase innovation within the casual dining and food-to-go sectors respectively, with a focus on discovering cutting-edge products, industry insights, and quality networking.

 

The thousands of expected attendees will be buyers and decision makers from leading restaurant and food-to-go operators, pubs, bars, cafés, coffee shops, supermarkets, contract caterers, hotels, delivery, wholesalers, distributors and more.

 

The shows bring the industry together under one roof, across two days. Last year, over 9,100 attendees visited – including senior decision makers from an A-list roster of operators such as Azzurri Group, Baxterstorey, Big Table Group, Bill’s, Bourne Leisure, bp, BrewDog, British Airways, Burger King, Caffè Nero, Center Parcs, Compass Group, Costa Coffee, Côte, and Dishoom.

 

There were also representatives from Elior, Gail’s, Greene King, Greggs, Hall & Woodhouse, Hawksmoor, Hilton Hotels, Holland & Barrett, J D Wetherspoon, Leon, Marks & Spencer, Marston’s, McDonald’s, Mitchells & Butlers, Mowgli, Nando’s, Wagamama and Pret A Manger.

Six free keynote theatres

 

This year’s keynote programme will take place across Casual Dining and lunch! with three theatres in each show – promising a fresh perspective on industry challenges and future trends, as told by leading hospitality operators.

 

The full programme will be announced in the summer.

 

Group event director, Chris Brazier said: "Both shows are almost sold out already and we are shaping up to announce our world-class seminar programmes full of quality operators across six keynote theatres. We look forward to seeing the who’s who of the industry as we celebrate 10 incredible years of Casual Dining, and the ongoing success of lunch!, at our best shows yet."

More than 500 exhibitors

 

lunch! has confirmed many new and returning exhibiting brands including: Speedibake, Vegware, Lindt & Sprungli, Brodies, Yeo Valley, Capri Sun, Ask Mummy and Daddy, Neat Sweets, Pamban Chair and Coffee House, Emmi UK, Magrini, Trip, Flexeserve, Lavazza, Grind Coffee Roasters, ProAmpac, Simply Lunch, Raynor Foods, Vita Mojo International and Fri-Jado.

 

Meanwhile, the Casual Dining show’s line-up features new exhibitors such as: Adnams, Sweet Street Deserts, Little Moons, Sona, Disaronno, Dojo, White Claw, Bute Island Foods, Pimentae Drinks and Lily O’Briens.

 

Returning brands include Uber Eats, Peppadew, Lamb Weston, Moving Mountains, Zonal, Panasonic, PepsiCo, Moth Drinks, Santa Maria and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

 

What’s on?

 

As well as three seminar theatres, lunch! will also feature the Innovation Challenge Gallery where visitors can find out about new industry innovations, most of which are launching at the show. Another key feature is the Start Up Zone, an area dedicated to newly formed challenger brands that have been in the market for 18 months or less.

 

Casual Dining will also display its own Innovation Challenge Gallery, a chance to discover the latest products.

 

The Artisan Spirits Lounge, The Vineyard, and The Taphouse are back again showcasing the latest fine wines, spirits, beers, and ciders.

Among the operators anticipating the 2024 edition of Casual Dining is Shereen Ritchie, chief executive at Buns from Home, who said: "If there is anything you attend this year, make sure it is lunch! and Casual Dining."

 

Seamus O’Donnell, culinary director, the Alchemist Bar & Restaurant, added: "Casual Dining is the date in the calendar you can’t miss, full of innovation and keynote theatres full of inspirational speakers."

 

Will Kenney, commercial director of 200 Degrees Coffee, said: "lunch! is a brilliant show to meet current partners, network with peers and discover up and coming products and brands."
