Chocolate supplier Callebaut has launched a Get Back to Business guide, providing reopening guidance on topics such as venue operations, customer and staff wellbeing and new-look menu advice.
The guide provides tips on how to ensure hygiene is the hero, how to update your operations to be appropriately tech-savvy and how to ensure menus are kept fresh yet familiar to attract customers back into the outlet, as well as making sure they feel safe at all times.
