Buyers are being sought for the nine subsidiary businesses under Leeds-based bar and restaurant operator Burning Night, after they were placed into administration.
The parent business had previously been placed into the hands of joint administrators Andrew Mackenzie and Julian Pitts of Begbies Traynor in September.
Burning Night was established eight years ago and had grown to comprise six themed bar and restaurant sites trading as Bierkeller, Shooters Bar, Around the World Bar, Smokin' Bar & Kitchen and the Potting Shed. The sites are in Birmingham, Harrogate, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Nottingham.
Joint administrator Andrew Mackenzie said: "It is business as usual, with these six popular bar and restaurant venues continuing to trade and we are very optimistic that appropriate buyers will be found.
"We are already speaking to several interested parties and hope to be able to conclude sales in the near future in order to bring about the optimum outcome for the businesses' creditors, staff and customer."
The nine subsidiary businesses are Visionary Leisure Limited, Sports Café 2008 (Leeds) Limited, Contactwith Limited, Crossingarea Limited, Anotherdate Limited, Organisetime Limited, Startermode Limited, Supplyof Limited and Harrogate Bar Co. Limited.
